Carol R. Baltazar, M.D.

Longevity Medical Spa is under the direction of Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Carol Baltazar. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California San Diego, and then she received her doctorate in medicine at the De La Salle University School of Medicine in the Phillippines. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at Maryland General Hospital and completed her Internal Medicine Training in Spokane through the University of Washington. Dr. Baltazar specializes in non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
